Laid off from PVH.

Since 2020, PVH has narrowed its business around Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, selling the Van Heusen, IZOD, ARROW and Geoffrey Beene trademarks along the way. The cost programs that ran alongside have reached office staff around the world and the warehouses that ship its clothes.

The most recent PVH layoff we've found

In the quarter through August 2, 2026, PVH recorded $8.7 million in severance, termination benefits and other employee costs under its Growth Driver 5 overhaul, its August 2026 10-Q shows, along with a $25.4 million gain from selling its Jonesville, North Carolina, warehouse and distribution center.

What PVH layoffs have meant for employees

The office cuts under PVH's 2022 plan were measured against a cost target, about 10% of people costs in its global offices, as its annual report describes it, and a target set in money can be met by cutting more or fewer than 10% of the people. When PVH made cuts under that plan, Fashion Dive reported, New York's notice for them spread separations over months, so people on the same notice could leave on different days. That spacing matters for anything tied to a date. Under PVH's employee RSU award agreement form, for example, a stock installment vests only if you're still employed on its vesting date. If your team is part of a round like that, your last day may fall months after the announcement, and it's reasonable to ask for that date in writing, along with what happens to pay, benefits and stock units when it arrives.

In the warehouses, PVH has been consolidating. Its finance chief laid out a plan on an April earnings call, Supply Chain Dive reported, to run U.S. distribution from two buildings at about 85% to 90% of capacity, up from slightly above 50%. The Jonesville site, which the Yadkin Ripple said PVH had run since 1994, was the one set to close, with its work shifting to Georgia, and PVH had already sold another warehouse and distribution center as part of the same push. If PVH is moving your building's work elsewhere, you can ask whether a job comes with it at the receiving site and what relocation help, if any, PVH would offer.

Store jobs made up the largest part of PVH's workforce when it last counted for that annual report, 64% of associates. In California, 19 of PVH's rows in our WARN tracker are named for an outlet center or a mall after PVH Corp., so if you're checking whether layoffs at a particular center were filed, its name is worth having alongside the company's.

About 66% of PVH's associates worked outside the United States at that count, by the same filing's split, and the overhaul PVH began in 2024 included reengineering its operating model in Europe. That same annual report notes works councils in several European countries, which represent workers on certain actions that could have a broad effect on them. In the United States, unions represented roughly 2% of all PVH associates at that same year-end, so if a collective bargaining agreement covers you, it's worth reading what it says about layoffs alongside anything PVH offers.

PVH completed the sale of the IZOD, Van Heusen, ARROW and Geoffrey Beene trademarks to Authentic Brands Group in August 2021, according to its closing announcement, in which CEO Stefan Larsson spoke of a clear focus on Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger and thanked the Heritage Brands team. PVH kept its dress shirt and neckwear business at the time, including under those brand names through a license from the buyer, and its annual report records the later sale of the Warner's, Olga and True&Co. intimates businesses to Basic Resources in November 2023. The two PVH Neckwear filings in our tracker, both in Los Angeles, were closures in that neckwear business. If you worked on one of those labels after its sale, the company your pay stubs name, which may or may not be PVH, is the one to search for in layoff notices.

Twenty-five of PVH's 30 tracker filings run under PVH Corp., and the other five run under Phillips-Van Heusen, PVH Neckwear and Tommy Hilfiger USA, so if you're looking for a particular site, it's worth trying each name. If your job was in Bridgewater, New Jersey, there's more on that state's notices at New Jersey layoffs.

What to do if you're laid off from PVH

PVH layoff and severance questions

What severance has PVH given laid-off employees?

PVH reports severance, termination benefits and other employee costs only as company-wide totals in its annual report, and no source on record sets out a formula or any one person's amount. A representative told the Yadkin Ripple that PVH was supporting Jonesville associates through the closing, and a spokesperson told Fashion Dive it was doing the same in office cuts under its 10% plan. If a separation agreement from PVH includes severance, consider asking which plan or policy the amount comes from and how it treats unvested stock units.

What happens to my PVH stock if I'm laid off?

If your PVH equity includes restricted stock units under PVH's employee RSU award agreement form, they vest in four equal installments, each only if you're employed that day, and unvested units are forfeited immediately when employment ends unless one of the form's exceptions applies. Retirement, death, disability or a termination without cause in the two years following a change in control vests the award in full, though retiring before December 31 of the grant year forfeits it. Each grant's own agreement is the one to read.

How many WARN notices has PVH filed?

Thirty filings by PVH and entities it owns today are in our WARN tracker, 22 of them from California, and the two newest are the Jonesville closing notice and a Bridgewater, New Jersey, filing for 51 jobs. On top of those, New York posted a PVH notice for 123 workers at three New York City sites.

Is PVH laying off employees in 2026?

PVH recorded $14.4 million in severance, termination benefits and other employee costs in the 26 weeks that ended August 2, 2026 under its Growth Driver 5 overhaul and said it plans more actions on a limited basis during 2026, according to its August 2026 quarterly report. That report doesn't say how many jobs those costs covered or where, and our WARN tracker carries no PVH filing dated 2026.
